Hi, I’m Ronan. The Sales Process Guy. If your definition of a sales consultant is someone who analyses your business, makes recommendations. And leaves. That is NOT me. I get involved. I DO. In other words, I don’t focus on content (Yes I Do have a world-class sales system I call the PRESENT SOS). I focus on execution. And I’ll help you implement a world-class selling system.

I believe that in sales you do what is hard. You can’t avoid it if you want to succeed. And what I help you do is the hard stuff. I mean since when was Sales Pipeline Management sexy? Who says forecasting and planning are fun? Yes, you would rather be closing sales deals. But you can’t do that consistently without massive effort and a lot of discipline. I will hold you and the team accountable for the actions that get sustainable and repeatable success.

I want to make selling fun again. If you have great salespeople. The right mindset. The right sales performance systems in place. A sales strategy and sales plan. A dynamic Sales Process is a must too. You Do It Better. And when you Do It Better, you generate exponential results. And that is the fun part. It is what I love to do.
◆ MY STORY
I have been selling and learning for 30 years. My first business was a failure. I learned a hard lesson. And moved on. I know what it is like to succeed in sales too. I have won numerous sales awards. And helped lead a business from Zero to €20m in 5 years (P.S. I did have a great team working with me). I have worked and consulted with hundreds of organisations and 1,000+ salespeople. When I am not selling and coaching, I am playing and recording music. And family? For me, it is the reason I exist.
